BIOKT Lab Handbook¶
How we work in the BIOKT group (UPV/EHU – DIPC): the conventions behind our computational projects (simulation and quantum chemistry), and the reasons for them.
Most of what is written here is the product of years of experience that is usually passed on by word of mouth, if at all. Each chapter states a set of practices together with why we follow them, so that you can apply them sensibly in situations the rules never anticipated.

journal-club/ is not a chapter but a record: the
rota for the long slot of the group meeting, and every paper presented since 2020.
Contributing¶
The handbook is meant to evolve. If something is unclear, out of date or missing, open an issue or a pull request, or raise it in group meeting.
